Answer: At the Artist Studio we only employ in-house, trained, and experienced painters, some of whom have been painting for more than forty years.

We only use the finest quality materials which are English oil on Italian canvas. Each painting is personally checked for quality by the gallery's owners, before shipping.

Our artists Do Not use photographic, mechanical devices, or image transfers to create your canvas to exacting standards.

However, quality can mean different things to different people. We'd prefer to let you make up your own mind by reading a selection of Testimonials from our customers and what the Worlds Media says about us.

Question: How different are you from the thousands of other online galleries?

Answer: Well, for a start, we own galleries that are wide open to public form 10am to 1 am daily local time. Simply said, we are one of the very few online galleries that allows customers to walk in and view the gallery and all the artists associated with Artist Studio Phuket while most other online galleries shy away from the topic.

We show pictures of the interior and exterior of our galleries as seen in the “About Us” page. With the millions of tourists that flock to Phuket yearly from all over the world, we cannot afford to make false claims as what you see on our website is exactly what you will see when you visit our actual gallery with its main gallery addressed at 198/13 Rat-U-Thit 200 Pee Road (Opposite Jungle Ceylon) Patong Beach, Khathu Phuket 83150 Thailand.

We do not buy paintings from wholesalers that are producing oil paintings in factories on such a big scale that there is no more personal touch or credible value to the painting itself. Our paintings are produced by our very own artist that are craftsmen, highly skilled in the profession and promising to use only High Quality Oil Mediums and Canvases to produce a masterpeice. They are not paint by number specialist that produce cheap paintings in a sweat shop. The Artist Studio commits to produce Quality Oil Paintings that you as the customer can take pride in owning and showing it off to family, friends and relatives.

These are either originals or copies of very rare paintings that you simply will not find anywhere else that have been well accepted by our walk-in customers. Here you will find images of some of the actual paintings produced in our studio since Post Tsunami 2004.

Our artists can paint from Botticelli to Botero. You can,

1) Choose from our category list under "Famous Artists" and make a selection from there.

2) Send us your choice of artist, title, and size. Use the "Contact Us" page to send us your request.

2) An original with custom alteration
Your Portrait, Andy Warhol style for example.

Question: What happens when I make a custom order?

Answer: You will receive your painting within twenty-one days of receiving confirmation of your custom order from us:

   1. Your order is received and we confirm that we understand your instructions.

   2. You receive a price quote from us, and we confirm the time-to-completion.

   3. You pay the quoted amount.

   4. Our artist begins work on your painting.

   5. You may check on the progress of your painting at any time.

   6. When your painting is finished and dried, our packers pack it around a sturdy tube for shipping.

   7. We ship to your door using an insured carrier service such as UPS or DHL.

   8. You will receive notification of shipment and a tracking Airway Bill Number by email.

Answer: Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for the completion of your custom created painting/paintings. This time frame is relevant to our commitment to only deliver a painting that is 100% satisfactory to our customers. The 2 to 4 weeks does not include the 4 days estimated shipping time to your home or office. Speeding up the process will only provide negative results as the paint needs to be completely dry before being packed.

However, we can offer larger canvasses that contain a seam.

Leonardo Da Vinci would have given his right arm (metaphorically speaking) to have access to the quality of oil paint and materials available today.
