The Artist Studio promises never to divulge your e-mail address, or any of your details, for any reason, to any third party, with no exceptions. Your details are safe with us. All credit card transactions are done real time through a secured network. We do not maintain any credit card details on our servers and there will never be an occasion that your details are distributed by any of our staff as we do not retain credit card details. In the event of discrepancies, your bank will notify our processing bank and we will be notified thereafter.

If you supply your e-mail address to us to make an order, or request information, then we may periodically send you information about special offers or new products, for your convenience. If you do not want to receive any of the e-mails, simply unsubscribe to the service and you will not receive any more info. We will never abuse the privilege of knowing your e-mail address.                                  

Shipping 

All prices include the full cost of shipping and insurance. Your payment includes insured International delivery to your door. Nothing more to pay! Canvasses are packed in a sturdy shipping tube for delivery to your door by International insured carrier, usually UPS or DHL. Canvasses are usually delivered within twenty-one days of your order confirmation.Note that canvasses are not framed. We leave this personal detail for you to decide.
