The Artist Studio Online provides FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING WORLDWIDE to our customers anywhere in the world via our trusted shipping partners, UPS and DHL. Finished work is estimated to arrive within 4 days at your doorstep. The painting will be rolled and packed into a hard plastic tube to avoid any damage during transit. All paintings are insured against loss or damage until it arrives safely at your home.   

Please keep in mind that the time zone of our gallery in Phuket, Thailand is 12-13 hours ahead of the USA and seven hours ahead of Europe. 

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for the completion of your custom created painting/paintings. The 2 to 4 weeks time frame is relevant to our commitment to only deliver a painting that is 100% satisfactory to our customers. The 2 to 4 weeks does not include the 4 days estimated shipping time to your home or office. Speeding up the process will only provide negative results as the paint needs to be completely dry before being packed.  

Additional time may be needed for exceedingly complex paintings from which we will advice you accordingly depending on what you have ordered.
